Community Rules

The guidelines, conduct standards, and privacy protections that keep SOTAU safe and fair for all OCE pirates.

No Harassment & Toxicity Harassment, hate speech, bullying, doxxing, or discriminatory remarks are strictly banned. We maintain a safe, welcoming space for everyone.
No Witch Hunts or Public Callouts Do not name and shame or start public accusations. Report player misconduct directly via private support tickets.
No External Drama Leave crew rivalries, personal beefs, or toxic forum fights outside of SOTAU channels. Toxicity brought from elsewhere will be penalized.

Anti-Cheat Policy Hacks, game modification, exploits, macros, and stream sniping are strictly prohibited and result in permanent bans from all SOTAU events.
Accusation Guidelines Cheating or association-based accusations made without evidence are forbidden. Reports must be backed by verifiable proof and sent privately.
Staff Discretion Staff members retain final discretion in interpreting community rules, resolving disputes, and enforcing corrective warnings or bans.

Application & Contact Data When submitting forms across SOTAU (such as Creator Directory applications, Staff Applications, or Contact forms), we collect essential details including your Discord username, creator channel links, and form responses.
Data Access & Security Submitted information is accessed strictly by authorized SOTAU Staff and Moderation team members solely for reviewing applications and contacting applicants.
No Third-Party Sharing We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data, Discord handles, or application details with any external third parties. Data is retained only as long as necessary for community operations.

Support Ticket Process For help, open a ticket on Discord. A staff member will respond privately to address the matter in a confidential environment.
Evidence & Reporting Submit raw video clips, screenshot captures, and dates/times. Malicious or fabricated reports will lead to actions against the reporter.
Event Conduct Adhere to strict sportsmanship in Fencer's Folly and Outback Armada. Any event-sabotage or toxic behaviors lead to disqualification.
